Dear Kids,
It was nice to be home for the beginning of the week after our long vacation. We were excited to get started on our adventures near home. We wanted to make time for all of our activities so we made a scheduled that helped us remember what was on our list.
Mondays - Movie Mondays or Science Pojects
Tuesdays - OMSI, Gilbert House
Wednesday - Get wet Wednesday (Water parks, or home)
Thursday - Hike or Bike
Friday - Beach (Savy Island) or Zoo
We made some adjustments during the summer and every week we didn't do something everyday but we did keep the summer full and it was a lot of fun for us.
This week we went Berry Picking. We have been wanted to get to this and time got a way from us. We didn't get to pick strawberries but we got Raspberries, Blueberries and Marion Berries. They are so yummy and it was great working together to fill those buckets. We also got to swim at our friends pool and played around the house too.
On Thursday, we left for our annual camping trips with our friends. It is always SO wonderful. We enjoy these friends so much and love spending time together. This year we camped just south of Eugene. It was the place that we used to camp with the ward there when we lived down there. We did some hiking, biking, boating, swimming, exploring and even some pokemon games were enjoyed.
