After the family reunion we got to have Brian and April come for a short visit over to Portland. It was so fun to have them. We got out for a little exercise and I had to capture a picture on our favorite bike rack. (It is in the shape of a fish!)
Here is Weston in his swing. It broke when we moved into the new house but he still just hangs out in it and is super content. Love this baby!
Wearing a Tie!
At the family reunion Trey kept going potty on the toilet. Everyone thought he was potty trained. He has been interested for a while but Mommy was not. He cried on the drive home because I would not stop to let him go potty. I promised him I would teach him when we got home. Well, teaching included putting on big boy under that he got for his birthday and letting him go potty. He just did it! He has done awesome and was by for the easiest to potty train. Way to Go Trey!!He is also doing a great job of getting himself ready in the morning. He is really independent and wants to be big like his sister and brothers.
Notice that you aren't fully dressed until your have your "Captain America" shield!
What a cutie boy!
The kids love to play with Weston. One day when they were working on a magic show I caught them playing with Weston and he was the king or something. What funny kids I have.
Jenna has gotten into photography a little bit. She enjoys taking pictures of nature. I am only going to share a few of the dozens that she took with my camera. She is now saving her money for a camera of her own.
We decided when we went to the park this month that Weston is big enough for the swing.
Look how cute he is. He liked it!
Here is Weston's 3 month pictures!

We took our annual camping trip with our friends from Eugene (Cottles, Hansens and Tolmans). It is always so much fun. We went to Mt. St. Helens this year and had a wonderful time.
All the kids in age order!
It is always hard to say good-bye to a great camping trip!
As soon as we got back we had a visit from Papa Lynn! It is awesome to have him here with us. We enjoyed Indian Stories, good talks, special treats and activities and he even bought us a new carpet for our new house! Thanks Papa Lynn we love you!
We have a great closet/room in the basement where all of our toys fit. We are enjoying this room. Here are Cooper and Ryder enjoying this room to the fullest extent.
Have a said that Weston is a dream baby. He plays so happy, he eats really good and when he is tired he just goes to sleep. Here he is asleep under his "jungle gym." I knew he was getting tired but got distracted by another one of the kids. When I came back, he was asleep!
Here is Weston with his new blanket from Papa Lynn. My mom always had these blankets made for each of her grand babies. My dad has kept up the tradition and brought Weston this beautiful Yellow tricot blanket.
We did our back to school shopping and everyone got a date with mom. I love taking you all out individually and having some one on one time with you. It is fun to see what you pick out and where you want to go to get a treat. This year you each wanted to go to The Cheesecake Factory for dessert. There was no complaints from me (or dad that helped with some of the left over cheesecake). Her you are all in your new vests!
Brooke Cottle came for a few days so that she could help with a couple of projects for my house. She is a fireball of energy and I love her! We dove in head first. It was crazy it was fun. She brought 3 of her kids and you guys all had a blast. You played while we worked. We refinished all 10 of our dinning room chairs. (That included two trips to JoAnns, and a trip to Depot with 8 kids. I love how they turned out. They look awesome!
We went to IKEA with 8 kids. We bought all of the supplies that we need to finish the project room in the basement. (4 large carts full). We only lost 1 kid 1 time and we even found my wallet that some how got out of my purse. We even had lunch and a treat and manage to get all of the stuff into the two vans. During her visit we also talked and planned for a lot of the rest of the house. And we did all that while keeping 8 kids fed, entertained and happy. It was a fun adventure!
More pictures to come of the projects.
