Dear Kiddos,
It was a fun week and we started it off actually by harvesting the pears off of our tree. We wanted to make sure they didn't go bad and this was a great day to do it. We made it a family affair.
While the boys gathered the pears, Jenna made some cookies. This was her first time making them on her own and she did a great job.
It was nice to have some time outside together on the beautiful Sunday afternoon.
We are trying to take advantage of the days that I don't have extras to do bigger adventures. So Monday we headed down to the Gilbert House Children's Museum in Salem. It was really fun.
We decided that it was time for some friend fun and had everyone over for a Slip 'N Slide Party. It was a lot of fun for everyone.
Thursday we opted for a bike adventure. We drove over to the bike track with everyone and unloaded all of the bikes and played at the dirt bike track and the park. It was fun but it was a lot of work too.
Summer fun continues.
