July 2015 Week #1 - Morgan Family Reunion

Dear kiddos,
This last week was a fun one.  We drove to Idaho to spend the week with our Morgan Family at the Morgan Family Reunion.  It was near Island Park at the Sawmill Lodge and it was so fun.  It was a big round building with bedrooms all around the outside and a huge open area in the middle.  Upstairs there were games, a movie room and a couple of bunk rooms.  It was a great place.  We had so much fun hanging out with the Morgan Clan.  There are SO many of us now and it is great that we are able to still make time to get together.

Here are some pictures from the great week:

Trey and Beckham
Nixon, Weston, Kinli, Dani and Viva
 Carter, Ezra, Trey and Cooper
Trey with a Nerf gun and Cooper the keep of the weapons.
The place also furnish us with a huge supply of Nerf guns for Nerf war and that was a lot of fun.
Lexie, Cooper, Jenna, Allora, Macy, Izzy, & Madi
Cooper getting ready to float down the river.
We weren't to far from a great, little, slow moving river that we floated down several times.

Good buddies!

Playing in the little river and searching for fish was a favorite activity as well.

Our family fell in love with Kayaks and think we probably want to get one soon.

 A kid bike ride.
Dad wanted all of our family to know were their loyalties should be so he tagged all of there Thule gear with Yakima stickers one morning.  Everyone got quite a kick out of it when they went out to get in their cars.

No empty seats!  This is what my mom always said about making it to heaven together.  It felt a little bit like Heaven as we all gathered around the fire and talked about what means the most.  We share from our patriarchal blessings and our hearts.  It is always one of my favorite parts of our family reunions.  The group keeps growing and it is an incredible site.  We miss my mom dearly but know that she is definitely close and are sure she enjoys joining us from the other side.
