Since we knew Jenna was getting braces on Monday afternoon we decided that Sunday was the last chance we had to make Carmel Apples for a little pre braces party. We love making these together and they are definitely a favorite treat around here.

Barnums still love books and we love to snuggle close while we read. You kids always fight about who gets to still next to me as we all try to get close enough to enjoy a good story.
We fit in a little yard work this week. We had tons of leaves and it was a lot of work to get them gathered. It was also really cold. Some of you did a little playing too.
We hosted Thanksgiving at our house this year. It was great to have the Adairs here for the weekend.
We ate lots of yummy food.
We even fit in a fun family hike up to Council Crest. It was a beautiful day.
Garrett even thought to bring a kite and that was a big hit.

We also had fun around the house with puzzles and the new basketball hoop.
